Large cable MSO was challenged with ability to meet increased demand for their broadband services, both within and beyond their existing footprint
Significant demand was being driven by the MSO’s wholesale sales channel
MSO sought ability to more quickly manage buy-flow to and from its wholesale ecosystem
As a result of the aggressive growth path, MSO was also challenged with establishment of a maintenance ticket process which managed both inbound and outbound ticketing and status visibility, which needed to interoperate with ~100 partners
OUR SOLUTION
Sequential Tech’s InterconnectNow (iNOW) Gateway software solution, which is used by a vast network of telecom and MSO partners, enabled this client to electronically connect to ~100 partners for buying and selling of network connectivity
The iNOW interface simplified ASR submission and improved order accuracy and acceptance, which improved lead time on both buy and sell
Sequential Tech’s software team leveraged the established Trouble Admin application and gateway allowing full visibility and real time tracking of tickets
