During the week of April 17, 2023, Sequential Technology International hosted a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and site visit with a specialized healthcare technology and services client at its Philippines location.
The week’s activities included business reviews for the client’s Prescription Drug Plan and Over The Counter Member Services programs, IT breakout sessions, site tours, focus groups, and executive strategy sessions. The site visits were purposed to further solidify the advancing strategic relationship as Sequential Tech focuses on elevating its market position as a solution provider in the healthcare/health insurer vertical.
Sequential Tech’s leaders were asked about the value of site visits for both potential and existing clients. “Site visits are a key opportunity for our clients and potential clients to be directly exposed to our infrastructure, culture, employees, and operations model.
