Bringing over three decades of industry expertise and leadership to Sequential Tech, Rob is poised to steer the company’s client engagement strategies to new heights.
Rob’s career began as a college agent with National Liberty Insurance and has since flourished through progressively senior roles. His leadership acumen was honed at Inter-Media Marketing (IMM)/360CRM, where he served as VP Marketing, Account Services, and COO. Rob is credited with implementing centralized vendor management and third-party Quality Assurance Monitoring—innovations that became crucial amid regulatory transformations.
In 2018, Rob took the helm of the National Client Solutions team at AnswerNet, managing the operations of a $70MM organization. His exceptional skill set was further recognized in his subsequent role as EVP at Teleperformance USA, where he oversaw a formidable $100MM Cable Client program, coordinating a workforce spanning seven countries.
At Sequential Tech, Rob’s role as VP of Client Engagement will focus on New Business Development and Client Engagement. He was drawn to the company’s distinguished Minority Owned Business status and its staunch commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), values which Rob passionately shares.
Rob’s dedication extends beyond professional spheres. A Master of Divinity graduate, he serves as an Associate Pastor at New Life In Christ Fellowship. His leadership and service continue through national boards, non-profit organizations, and civic responsibilities, including chaplaincy with his local police department.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Rob resides in Coatesville, PA, with his wife Ava and their family. Together, they are a testament to community service and the strength of familial bonds.
